SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME AND COST?
Delivery time: 85% of orders arrive within 1 business day from the time we send you confirmation of receipt of your order. We make every effort to ship orders placed by 2pm the same day. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier and collection schedule.
Shipping costs for orders over PLN 449 are free, below PLN 10.90 for prepayment and PLN 16.90 for cash on delivery. For orders to other countries, the cost will be displayed in the basket after entering the shipping address.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
If you received the wrong product in your shipment, please contact us and our customer service staff will deal with your case immediately.
IF I PLACE AN ORDER TODAY, WILL IT BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY?
If you place your order by 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. During periods of increased sales and promotional campaigns, this period may be extended. You will receive an email from us when your order has been received by the courier, along with a link to track the progress of your delivery. If you are very pressed for time, please contact our Customer Service Office.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Once the courier picks up your package, you will receive an email informing you that your order is on its way to you. The email will contain a button that will take you to tracking your package.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ORDER?
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to return or exchange products.
HOW CAN I REPORT AN ORDER?
To report a return of an order, please inform us by e-mail or via Instagram. Remember to add the account number to which we should return the funds in the case of payment "cash on delivery". Additionally, in the message you will receive from us at the time of delivery, you will find a button that will take you directly to the page through which you can submit your return without the need to print shipping labels or forms.
HOW LONG WILL I WAIT FOR MY REFUND?
We try to refund the funds as quickly as possible, usually we refund funds within 2 business days of receiving the shipment. During periods of increased sales and promotional campaigns this period may be extended.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER A RETURN IS MADE?
First, the funds are returned to you using the same method you used to pay for your order. If this is not possible, we will send the funds to the account number you provide us.
WHEN CAN I COMPLAINT A PRODUCT?
You can make a complaint about all products purchased from us for defects constituting non-conformity of the goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
HOW CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT?
To file a complaint, please send us an email to: info@rocks-jeans.com and describe the reason for the complaint along with photos. After reviewing the complaint, we will decide on further action and inform you about it by email.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE SIZE?
In case of the wrong size, you do not have to place an order again, please contact us by e-mail: info@rocks-jeans.com or by phone: +48 512 603 739. We do our best to make shopping as easy as possible, so we will be happy to advise you on choosing the right size or style and guide you on how to make an exchange.
